Position overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented “Senior Graphic Designer” to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of brand aesthetics, particularly within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Label & Packaging Design

• Lead the end-to-end design of premium product packaging, labels, and secondary artworks for our full haircare portfolio, ensuring alignment with global brand standards and regional compliance requirements.
• Develop innovative packaging concepts for special editions, DUO boxes, and e-commerce-specific formats (e.g., Amazon FBA).
• Uphold and evolve our brand identity across all physical touchpoints in diverse international markets.

2. Website & UI Design

• Design homepage banners, landing page visuals, and product images for global e-commerce platforms.
• Produce product images, videos in multiple sizes tailored for different regions/marketplaces.
• Collaborate on UI theme concepts to enhance site aesthetics and user experience.

3. Sales & Campaign Content Design

• Create monthly sales and promotional visual content.
• Conduct visual research and develop campaign-aligned creatives, ensuring clear, compelling communication.
• Design newsletters, ads, and social media creatives for marketing campaigns and ads creative.
• Produce engaging stories, banners, and visual assets supporting sales and seasonal promotions.

4. Blog & Email Design

• Design visual assets and feature images for website blogs.
• Create email flow templates for platforms like Klaviyo, ensuring consistency and high engagement deliverability.
• Design newsletters for educational and promotional campaigns.

5. Marketing, social media & Advertising Creatives

• Design high-impact ad creatives for digital marketing, performance ads, and social media campaigns.
• Create event-based and campaign-specific visual content for global markets.

6. 3D & Motion Design (Required)

• Develop 3D product models and short animation videos.
• Create 3D compositions for sale content, social media, and Amazon listings.
• Deliver product visuals that enhance premium brand positioning and customer experience.
• Create CGI-based product visuals, UGC, renderings, and 360° animations.
• Develop AI-generated videos and motion assets similar to OpenAI Sora-style content.
• Use AI tools for concept generation, product animation, and storytelling.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

• Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or related industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and brand guidelines.
• Experience with packaging design and preparing files for print production.
• Ability to handle multiple global projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking abilities.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) to create immersive product visuals and motion content.
• Experience with email design & flows.
• A foundational understanding of UI/UX principles to inform digital asset creation and user-centric design.
