Senior Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in print, digital, motion, and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with traditional design tools, AI-assisted platforms, and modern UI/UX workflows to deliver high-impact visuals across marketing and product channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrint & Offline Design

• Design brochures, pamphlets, standees, flyers, and marketing collaterals using CorelDRAW
• Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, color profiles, and resolutions
• Coordinate with vendors for accurate output and finishing

Digital & Social Media Design

• Create engaging social media graphics, carousels, banners, and short videos using Canva Pro
• Design creatives aligned with brand guidelines for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Ads
• Optimize creatives for different formats and platforms

Animated & Video Content

• Create animated videos, reels, explainers, and motion graphics
• Use AI tools, Canva animations, and Adobe After Effects for video production
• Add transitions, effects, captions, and sound sync for high engagement

UI / UX Design

• Design website and mobile app UI/UX using Figma
• Leverage AI-powered design tools for faster wireframing and prototyping
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in CorelDRAW (Print & Branding)
• Advanced experience with Canva Pro (Graphics, Carousels, Videos)
• Hands-on experience in Animated Videos & Motion Graphics
• AI video tools
• Canva Animation
• Adobe After Effects
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
• Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping
• Good sense of color, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS layouts
• Experience working with marketing teams, ads, and branding
• Ability to use AI tools for design automation and creativity
• Experience in SaaS, IT, Digital Marketing, or Startup environments
