Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing team. The role will focus primarily on graphic design (70%), with exposure to UI/UX design (30%) for digital platforms, or may be structured as 100% graphic design based on the candidate’s strengths. The ideal candidate will lead visual design initiatives and maintain high-quality creative standards across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative design projects from concept to final execution while ensuring brand consistency
• Create high-quality visual content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and advertisements
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and web teams to achieve campaign and branding objectives
• Translate marketing strategies and briefs into compelling visual designs
• Contribute to UI/UX design for websites and landing pages (if applicable)
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Take ownership of brand visuals and uphold high design standards across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD (preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work
• Ability to understand marketing requirements and translate them into effective visuals
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team
• Exposure to motion graphics or animations (After Effects / Premiere Pro preferred)
