Job Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality visual content across all digital and print platforms. The role requires strong creative vision, branding expertise, and the ability to manage multiple design projects while mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate will ensure brand consistency, elevate visual identity, and support marketing and business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Design Execution

  • Develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for:
  • Digital marketing (social media, websites, email campaigns, ads)
  • Print media (brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, hoardings)
  • Corporate branding (logos, brand guidelines, presentations)
  • Product packaging and POS materials
  • Translate marketing briefs and business requirements into compelling visual designs.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
  • Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and update brand guidelines and creative standards.
  • Support brand launches, campaigns, and rebranding initiatives.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Mentor, guide, and review work of junior graphic designers.
  • Assign tasks, manage timelines, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, digital, and content teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production teams for quality output.

Digital & Marketing Support

  • Design creatives for paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Optimize visuals for performance-based marketing campaigns.
  • Support UI visuals for websites, landing pages, and mobile applications.
  • Work with video editors/animators for motion graphics and short videos.

Quality Control & Innovation

  • Ensure high-quality output with attention to detail in typography, color, and composition.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Proactively suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Working knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro (preferred).
  • Experience with Figma, XD, or Sketch for digital/UI designs.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
