📍 Position Details

• Role: Senior Graphic Designer
• Location: Egypt – Greek Campus
• Employment Type: Offshore, Full-Time
• Salary: 25,000 EGP (Net)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of creative assets for digital, print, and branding projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and operations teams to deliver impactful visual content.
• Create and manage design concepts, layouts, and templates aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Aura Group’s visuals innovative.
• Work closely with external agencies and vendors when required.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high design standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional design experience, preferably in hospitality, FMCG, or creative industries.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Leadership skills with experience mentoring or guiding junior designers.
