Senior Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

Location: India/UAE/Remote

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team at Mighty Warners. The role involves designing high-quality visuals across digital and print platforms, translating client and business requirements into effective design solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for social media, digital ads, Brochures and branding
• Develop innovative visual concepts aligned with marketing and brand goals
• Collaborate with marketing, web, and content teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of graphic design experience (agency preferred)
• A Strong portfolio of digital and branding work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Good understanding of digital marketing creatives

Added Advantage:

• Content creation skills, including visual storytelling, concept ideation for posts/reels, and copy sense.
• Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
