Senior Graphic Designer

Job Purpose

You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories across platforms, bringing brands to life through design that connects, communicates, and converts. From decoding briefs to delivering scroll-stopping creatives, your work will play a key role in shaping how audiences experience our brands.

What You’ll Do

Brand Understanding & Alignment

• Decode creative briefs to understand brand requirements, objectives, target audience, and context
• Translate brand voice, tone, and values into visually consistent and impactful designs
• Ensure every piece of artwork aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling principles

Design Creation

• Create static and dynamic design layouts for multiple formats including social media, emailers, digital campaigns, and more
• Deliver high-quality creatives that balance aesthetics, clarity, and performance

Research & Insight

• Stay on top of design trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats
• Research audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors to create relevant and effective designs
• Review performance insights and apply learnings to continuously elevate creative output

Time & Delivery

• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting internal TATs
• Prioritize work effectively to ensure timely and consistent delivery

Operational Excellence

• Follow internal processes and documented SOPs to ensure smooth workflows and quality control
