Overview
This role is critical in ensuring the continuity, quality, and scalability of the company’s branding, auction materials, and digital content across all platforms. With the increasing volume of auctions, marketing campaigns, offline branding, and digital promotions, a senior-level designer is required to maintain brand consistency and lead creative execution effectively.
The position will directly support:
- Company branding across all auction yards, offices, and vehicles
- Digital marketing campaigns and auction promotions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative execution for branding, marketing, and auction-related materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all offline and digital platforms
- Design and produce corporate identity materials, including logos, signage, catalogs, and marketing assets
- Create offline and digital branding materials, such as banners, vehicle branding, signage, GIFs, and online advertisements
- Produce and edit video and motion content, including:
- Auction recap and highlight videos
- Promotional and campaign videos
- Social media and digital content
- Execute motion graphics and visual storytelling for marketing and auction campaigns
- Support the development, implementation, and enforcement of the Brand Identity Manual to ensure long-term consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and auction teams to meet campaign and branding objectives
- Work flexibly on auction days, nights, and weekends as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design
- (Automotive industry experience preferred: auctions, dealerships, showrooms)
- Strong expertise in branding and corporate identity design
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- After Effects
- CapCut
- Strong videography and video editing skills, including shooting and editing content
- Advanced skills in motion graphics and creative storytelling
- Experience producing offline and digital marketing materials
- Strong understanding of Arabic and English typography, aligned with GCC market standards
- Ability to read Arabic to accurately handle Arabic layouts, signage, and campaign content
- Strong automotive-focused portfolio showcasing branding, video, and motion workSpecial / Additional Requirements
- Working knowledge of AI-based creative tools for design and video production
- (AI video generators, AI image enhancement, motion automation, etc.)
- Experience using drones for aerial photography and videography
(auction yards, vehicle inventory, promotional shoots)(GCAA compliance is an added advantage)
- Familiarity with UAE drone regulations and safety guidelines

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
