Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Graphic Designer (No Art Director) will conceptualize, design, and create visual assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and project objectives. Responsibilities include developing graphics, crafting visually appealing logos, designing branding materials, and refining creative elements such as typography. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual designs and depend on you to follow up with junior designers, ensure every output follows brand guidelines, and keep all visuals aligned across multiple brands. This is a hands-on role covering social media, website, and mobile app designs, with mandatory video editing and motion skills (2D and TikTok-style short videos).

Team leads responsibilities:

• Follow up with junior designers daily, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
• Review and approve artwork to maintain consistency, quality, and brand compliance
• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all channels and brands
• Build and manage templates, asset libraries, and file organization systems

Creative and design execution

• Provide creative ideas, concepts, and visual directions for campaigns and ongoing content
• Design for social media (posts, stories, carousels, ad creatives, reels covers)
• Create digital assets for website and mobile app (banners, landing sections, in-app visuals, UI-related assets)
• Support performance marketing with high-volume creative variations optimized for results

Print design

• Produce print-ready artwork (brochures, flyers, packaging elements, roll-ups, POSM)
• Prepare files for production (CMYK, bleeds, specs) and coordinate with vendors when needed

Video editing and motion (mandatory)

• Edit TikTok-style and short-form videos (cuts, subtitles, pacing, transitions)
• Create 2D motion graphics and animated content for ads and social platforms
• Export optimized versions per platform requirements (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, website)

Multi-brand management

• Handle multiple brands at the same time while keeping each brand consistent and distinct
• Adapt designs to different audiences, tones, and channel formats

Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years experience as a Graphic Designer, with senior-level portfolio quality
• Proven ability to lead or mentor junior designers and manage quality without an Art Director
• Social media design and digital campaign work
• Website and mobile app related design assets
• Print design work (production-ready)
• Video editing and motion work (mandatory showreel or examples)
• Strong Adobe skills: Photoshop and Illustrator
• Video editing: Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
• Motion graphics: After Effects (or equivalent)
• Strong layout, typography, and brand consistency mindset
• Ability to work fast, handle pressure, and manage multiple brands
• eCommerce background is a plus
• Agency experience is a plus
• Figma or UI tools familiarity is a plus
