Job Purpose
To design high-quality visual content for nutraceutical and homeopathic products across print, digital, packaging, and social media platforms, ensuring strong brand identity, regulatory awareness, and effective market communication.
Key Job Functions & Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Branding
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for:
- Product packaging (boxes, labels, sachets, bottles)
- Brochures, flyers, posters, and magazines
- Banners, standees, hoardings, and POS material
- Company logos, branding elements, and brand guidelines
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, professional, and brand.
- Maintain consistency with pharmaceutical & nutraceutical branding standards.
2. Digital & Media Design
- Design graphics for:
- Websites and landing pages
- Social media posts, ads, stories, and reels
- Online advertising campaigns
- Work with computer-aided design (CAD) and modern design tools, keeping up to date with emerging design trends and technologies.
3. Concept Development & Creative Thinking
- Prepare design briefs aligned with marketing objectives.
- Think creatively to generate new ideas, interactive designs, and campaign concepts.
- Redefine design briefs innovatively within time and brand constraints.
4. Social Media Management & Content Planning
- Handle official social media platforms:
- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), LinkedIn
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media plans, including:
- Organic content calendars
- Paid campaigns and promotions
- Ensure visual consistency and engagement-driven content.
5. Video Editing & Motion Content
- Create and edit:
- Promotional videos
- Social media short videos and reels
- Product explainers and awareness content
- Play a key role in developing and managing the official YouTube Channel of Kamal Laboratories, including thumbnails, branding, and visual direction.
6. Execution & Quality Control
- Produce accurate, high-quality designs ready for print and digital use.
- Demonstrate illustrative skills using rough sketches and final layouts.
- Amend and refine designs based on feedback from management and marketing teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of all creative work.
Required Qualification & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
Experience
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in:
- Pharmaceutical and/or Nutraceutical industry (mandatory)
- Strong experience in product packaging design and regulatory-sensitive industries.
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (mandatory)
- After Effects / Premiere Pro (for video & motion graphics)
- Strong knowledge of print production, color management, and packaging standards
- Social media creative design & paid campaign visuals
- Video editing, reels, and short-form content creation

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
