Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our marketing team. The primary focus of this role will be designing ASO-friendly app screenshots that are visually compelling, high-converting, and aligned with our brand identity. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table and execute them with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design App Store Optimization (ASO) screenshots for mobile applications
Create visually engaging and conversion-focused designs that improve app store performance
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for app visuals, banners, and promotional assets
Use the Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality design deliverables
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and app store assets
Make quick iterations based on feedback and performance insights
Support basic design needs in Figma, including layout adjustments and collaborative design workflows

• Assist with video editing and motion graphics tasks when required (a plus)

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
Experience designing app screenshots or digital marketing creatives
Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

• Basic working knowledge of Figma
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic video editing or motion design experience
• Familiarity with ASO principles and performance-driven design
• Experience working in a fast-paced marketing or product environment
