ROLE AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, presentations, and website graphics.
• Develop performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create print-ready files with proper dimensions, bleed, and color specifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all designs.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for Client Demo requirements and execution.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Make necessary revisions based on feedback within defined timelines.
• Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

· Strong working knowledge of CorelDraw.

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.

· Proficiency in AI Software.

· Good command of Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

· Knowledge of print production standards.

· Basic understanding of digital marketing creatives and ad formats.

· Ability to manage time effectively and deliver under pressure.

· Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting dashboards
