Position Summary
The Senior Graphic Designer serves as the company’s first in-house design expert, acting as a hands-on design authority who delivers high-quality, efficient, and brand-aligned visual solutions in support of a wide range of marketing and internal communications initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering design across both digital and print channels, overseeing projects from concept through final production, and collaborating closely with Marketing partners, Sales and Distribution, People Operations, and external brand agencies to continually strengthen and advance the company’s visual identity.
Responsibilities

Execute and coordinate high-quality graphic design projects across a broad range of deliverables, including social media assets, presentations, flyers, brochures, email banners, digital advertising, event collateral, and internal communications materials.

Deliver consistent, high-quality design work in a fast-paced environment—such as recurring social media graphics—while effectively managing larger, multi-phase initiatives including annual reports, brand refreshes, and comprehensive event design packages.

Collaborate closely with Marketing partners, Sales & Distribution, and other internal stakeholders to support promotional efforts, including paid media campaigns (billboards, display advertising, and digital placements), product and program launches, and broader brand initiatives.

Provide creative support to People Operations by developing engaging visuals for internal events, employee communications, and culture-focused initiatives.

Elevate existing materials, such as PowerPoint presentations, through enhanced layout, typography, iconography, and visual consistency, developing custom graphics when appropriate to strengthen overall impact.

Partner with external branding agencies to ensure adherence to brand standards while contributing thoughtful ideas that help evolve and extend the company’s visual identity.

Manage projects from concept through final production, including preparing files for print and digital distribution, coordinating revisions, and ensuring quality control.

Apply knowledge of print production processes, including paper selection, finishes, and printing methods, to ensure design intent is effectively realized in final deliverables.

Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all visual touchpoints while thoughtfully adapting designs to meet the needs of varied audiences and channels.

Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices across digital and print media, proactively applying relevant innovations to continuously enhance design quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in a graphic design role, with strength across both digital and print design

Ability to manage high volumes of design work while maintaining creative quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop); experience elevating the visual quality, formatting, and usability of Microsoft Office documents and presentations, including PowerPoint and Word

Understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to execute within established guidelines while thoughtfully pushing creative boundaries

Knowledge of print production processes, including file preparation, paper stock selection, and printing methodologies

Skill in organizational and time management, with the ability to prioritize competing projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand consistency and production excellence

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams; skill in interpersonal relationship building and communications

Ability to function with a solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to handle both small, tactical design needs and larger, more strategic projects with equal care and professionalism

Familiarity with emerging AI tools that support design, ideation, and production efficiency, with an interest in experimenting and applying them responsibly in a professional design environment
