Senior Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design efforts across branding, marketing, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to handle complete creative projects independently—from concept to final execution—while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design creatives for outdoor advertisements, social media, and brand campaigns
• Edit videos for marketing campaigns, reels, and digital ads
• Handle end-to-end creative projects, from ideation to final delivery
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual development of branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials for both B2B and B2C initiatives
• Design a wide range of assets including logos, brochures, infographics, social media creatives, presentations, and website graphics
• Maintain consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance and feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices

Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Strong eye for layout, color theory, and typography
• Video editing and motion graphics skills (preferred)
• Basic content writing and copywriting skills
• Ability to convert ideas into compelling visual stories

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print media
• Excellent understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics, animation, or advanced video editing
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
