Senior Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead creative projects, with advanced proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and AI design tools. This position will be responsible for strengthening company’s brand identity, creating original designs for digital and print media, developing creative strategies for various projects, understanding customers' needs and take necesarry actions to meet them, and leading the junior team members and delegate appropriate tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Create professional-level visual and graphic designs using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.)

Design creative, original, and brand-enhancing visual content for both digital and print media

Develop and implement visual strategies for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns

Develop creative solutions while maintaining brand identity and visual concepts

Stay updated with current design trends and provide innovative perspectives on projects

Collaborate with the team to contribute creatively throughout all stages of projects

Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns) aligned with brand identity

Manage daily posting schedules and monitor performance metrics

Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages promptly

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Leading and supporting junior team members and reporting to seniors on daily basis

Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English (Turkish and/or Arabic is a plus)

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Figma

Strong creative skills in content writing, photography/videography, and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar)

At least 5 years of experience in graphic design and visual design

Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition

Strong creative problem-solving skills, capable of developing aesthetic and functional designs

Team-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing projects to success

Use task management tools (e.g., Asana) for daily reporting and follow-ups

Prepare and present weekly performance reports to senior management

A vision for innovative ideas and an ability to actively follow digital design trends
