Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Visual & Motion Designer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We are looking for a highly creative and technically advanced professional with a strong focus on high-quality video production and AI-powered motion design.

The ideal candidate is not just a designer — but a visual storyteller who can conceptualize, produce, and execute premium-level video content with cinematic polish. This role requires deep expertise in leveraging AI tools and rapidly integrating them into After Effects workflows to produce cutting-edge motion graphics, visual effects, and dynamic branded content.

You will be responsible for:

• Producing high-end, visually stunning video content from concept to final delivery
• Rapid implementation of AI-generated visuals, automation tools, and smart enhancements within After Effects
• Creating advanced motion graphics, compositing, and visual effects
• Transforming abstract ideas into powerful visual narratives
• Maintaining exceptional quality standards and creative innovation
• Collaborating with marketing and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in high-quality video production and motion design
• Advanced mastery of Adobe After Effects, including compositing, animation, and VFX
• Deep hands-on experience with AI creative tools for video generation, enhancement, automation, and workflow acceleration
• Exceptional creative imagination and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to execute projects rapidly without compromising quality
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic aesthetics
• UI design knowledge is a strong added value, especially for digital interfaces, motion-based UI, and interactive content
• Excellent time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field is preferred
• Experience in lifestyle or real estate industries is a plus
