Senior Graphic Designer

• Lead the design and execution of creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, landing pages, emailers, ads, and presentations
• Translate marketing briefs and brand guidelines into impactful visual concepts
• Conceptualize and design creative ideas aligned with campaign goals and audience insights
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and creative direction
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and performance teams to optimize creatives for engagement and conversions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices
• Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders for design approvals and revisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, CorelDraw and similar tools
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for social media platforms, paid ads, and web interfaces
• Ability to think creatively while aligning with business and marketing objectives
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics
• Knowledge of video editing is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Familiarity with branding and campaign-based storytelling
• Experience working with performance marketing teams and data-driven creatives
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
