Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience in real estate branding. The ideal candidate should have worked on real estate projects including residential, commercial, and township campaigns, and be capable of creating premium, high-conversion marketing creatives across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling creatives for:
- Real estate project branding & identity
- Brochures, walk-through presentations & floor plan layouts
- Hoardings, site branding & outdoor advertisements
- Social media campaigns & paid ads
- Emailers, WhatsApp creatives & landing page banners
- Exhibition stall & property launch event creatives
- Develop creative concepts aligned with real estate positioning (luxury, premium, affordable housing, commercial spaces, etc.).
- Understand project USPs, location advantages, amenities, pricing strategy, and target audience.
- Design high-impact visuals that generate leads and drive inquiries.
- Coordinate with copywriters, marketing team, and client servicing for campaign execution.
- Supervise junior designers and ensure creative quality control.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Ensure designs meet print production and digital media specifications.
Software & Technical Skills
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- CorelDRAW (if required)
- Basic video editing & reel creatives knowledge
- Knowledge of real estate floor plan presentation styling
- Understanding of print production (brochure finishing, paper selection, hoardings)
- AI tools knowledge (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing trends
- Expertise in luxury branding aesthetics
- Excellent typography, layout & color sense
- Ability to visualize architectural and lifestyle concepts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Good communication & client presentation skills
Experience & Qualification
- 4–7 years of experience in an advertising agency or real estate marketing agency
- Minimum 2–3 years handling real estate clients
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing real estate campaigns, brochures & outdoor creatives
