Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Creative Leadership
- Lead conceptualization and execution of major design projects.
- Develop innovative campaign visuals aligned with brand strategy.
- Translate marketing objectives into strong visual communication.
- Ensure high creative standards across all deliverables including posters and brochures.
2. Brand Management
- Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines.
- Ensure visual consistency across all platforms (digital & print).
- Review and approve designs created by junior designers.
- Safeguard brand quality and positioning.
3. Campaign & Marketing Design
- Design and supervise creation of:
- Social media campaigns
- Digital advertisements
- Website banners and landing page visuals
- Brochures, flyers, standees, and print materials
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotions and launches.
4. UI/UX & Digital Support
- Support UI/UX team with visual assets and design systems.
- Create wireframe visuals and interface graphics when required.
- Ensure digital designs are responsive and platform-optimized.
5. Video & Multimedia Coordination
- Coordinate with video editors and multimedia team for cohesive branding.
- Design thumbnails, motion graphics elements, and promotional creatives.
- Oversee visual direction for video content.
6. Team Supervision & Mentorship
- Guide and mentor junior graphic designers.
- Provide constructive feedback and skill development support.
- Assign tasks and monitor deadlines.
- Conduct internal creative reviews.
7. Project & Deadline Management
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs.
- Coordinate with vendors for print production when necessary.
- Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
8. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Suggest new creative approaches to improve brand visibility.
- Introduce modern design standards and workflow improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Visual Communication.
- 4–7 years of professional design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and print projects.
- Expertise in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Basic After Effects / motion graphics (preferred)
- Figma / UI tools (preferred)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
