Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with refined aesthetics and a strong creative vision to join our team. This role combines strategic thinking with brand-led execution and creative governance, ensuring consistency, feasibility, and exceptional quality across all creative outputs.

You will work across a diverse portfolio — from bespoke client campaigns and property launches to Savills-branded marketing collateral. The environment is fast-paced and varied, requiring accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with multiple stakeholders.

This is a dynamic role supporting a wide range of teams across the property sector, including leasing, capital markets, valuations, research, and corporate marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality property brochures, signage, social media content, presentations, videos, and visual identity materials, aligned with the company’s brand standards.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral, including leasing campaigns, valuation reports, pitch decks, and digital assets.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing team, researchers, and other members of the Creative team to ensure all assets are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas to support launches, client presentations, and business development initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • 4–5 years of industry experience in an artworker role or a relevant qualification in design.

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, as well as other relevant tools.

  • Strong understanding of brand systems, design thinking, and visual storytelling.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a refined eye for typography, layout, and brand aesthetics.

  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to internal systems and processes.

  • Ability to manage tight and complex deadlines effectively.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Dedicated, passionate, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience with Canva and PowerPoint is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, and Runway or similar tools to support visual ideation and marketing innovation is an advantage.
