Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the development of engaging visual content that inspires, informs, and captivates audiences across multiple platforms. You will also play a key role in guiding creative direction and ensuring high-quality design standards across all marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of promotional materials, digital advertisements, and social media content aligned with marketing strategies.
• Create visually compelling layouts for both print and digital media.
• Ensure all creative assets consistently follow brand identity guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute impactful visual campaigns.
• Review and provide feedback on design work to maintain high creative standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output innovative and competitive.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• A strong creative portfolio demonstrating advanced design skills across multiple media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent visual and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior designers.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
