The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs that support marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities. The role involves designing digital and print materials that align with client requirements and brand guidelines while supporting the overall marketing strategy of the consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for digital and print marketing materials such as social media posts, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual concepts.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency for clients.
• Create engaging graphics for websites, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Prepare final artwork files for printing or digital publishing.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and layouts using design software.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends and marketing techniques.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to incorporate feedback and revisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing agency or consultancy.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Knowledge of digital marketing design requirements for social media platforms.
• Strong creativity, typography, and layout skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics.
• Understanding of branding, marketing strategies, and advertising design.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
