Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative execution across branding, marketing, and communication materials. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, design expertise, and the ability to mentor junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for campaigns and branding initiatives
• Execute high-quality designs across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
• Lead design projects from concept to final delivery
• Mentor and guide junior designers
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and project management teams
• Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Bilingual Language (Arabic + English)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with agencies or large brands
• Basic motion or video design knowledge

Key Performance Indicators

• Achieve 90%+ client satisfaction rating on design deliverables
• Lead a minimum of 3 end-to-end design projects per quarter
• Reduce revision cycles by 20% through improved brief interpretation
• Actively mentor junior designers with measurable improvement in output quality
