Senior Graphic Designer

We are Hiring a Senior Graphic Designer creative leader who manages design projects from initial concept through to final delivery with creative vision that meets the management objective.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media in both Arabic and English.
Lead brainstorming sessions and manage the creative process.
Ensure brand consistency and high creativity.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams for design requirements.
Stay current with industry trends and tools.
Quality checking of the designed assets.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Create high-impact visual content for social media in both Arabic and English.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and guide visual direction across campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and elevate creative quality across all design outputs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to meet design needs.
- Review and refine assets for quality, accuracy, and alignment with creative strategy.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and visual storytelling techniques
- Strong creative portfolio with a focus on digital and social-first design.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
