Work Experience
5+ years of professional design experience; real estate, luxury, hospitality, or agency experience preferred.
Creative Development
- Develop campaign key visuals, layouts, concepts, and visual directions aligned with brand standards.
- Translate marketing briefs into high-quality digital and print-ready creative assets.
Design Production
- Design social posts, stories, ads, brochures, flyers, presentations, emailers, banners, signage, and event materials.
- Prepare final artwork files for digital publishing, printing, production, and supplier handover.
Brand Management
- Maintain consistency in logo usage, typography, colors, spacing, imagery, and overall visual identity.
- Create and update templates, design systems, and reusable creative assets for the team.
Project Support
- Support real estate project launches with full creative packages and sales-support material.
- Coordinate with content, sales, consultants, photographers, and printers to ensure accurate outputs.
Quality Control
- Review final designs for accuracy, language placement, dimensions, resolution, and production specifications.
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining premium design quality.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field Experience
