Job purpose:

Leads the creation of high-quality visual content, ensuring brand consistency across all design projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our Creative Director across all design collaterals in the Geidea regions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions
• Develop creative and innovative design concepts for various disciplines, such as branding, graphic design, digital design, and marketing
• Overall project management, prioritizing and managing work coming in from multiple regions of the business
• Work within project deadlines to ensure on-time completion
• Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the creative team

Requirements:

• 4 to 8 years of design experience.
• Experience in a creative agency is a strong plus.
• Experience in branding, advertising, and social media.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Confidence in the conceptual process and presenting ideas.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Experience working with video and animation is a strong plus.
• Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma and Miro.
