Senior Graphic Designer (AI-Focused)

Job Summary

VirtualRep is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong creative skills and hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate should be able to lead visual design efforts, maintain brand consistency, and leverage AI to improve design speed, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and execute high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media

● Create designs for social media, websites, ads, presentations, branding, and marketing campaigns

● Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and optimize visuals (e.g, image generation, mockups etc)

● Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all platforms

● Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams

● Experience working with marketing campaigns and performance creatives

● Convert concepts and briefs into creative visuals

● Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

● Stay updated with design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer

● Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

● Experience with Figma / Sketch / Canva (Pro)

● Proven experience using AI design tools, such as:

○ Midjourney / DALL·E / Firefly, Kling, Veo3

○ Runway / Leonardo AI

○ AI-powered background removal, upscaling, and retouching tools

● Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

● Ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills

● Strong attention to detail

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

● Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, AI video tools)

● Basic understanding of UI/UX design

● Knowledge of prompt engineering for AI design tools

● Experience in branding and rebranding projects

- Timings: 6pm to 3am
- Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
