Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team in Lahore. This role requires a versatile designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling, branding, and content creation. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality graphics and video content that elevate our brand presence across digital platforms, including social media, paid campaigns, websites, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
- Create eye-catching visuals for social media, advertisements, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and print materials.
- Develop design concepts that align with the brand identity and marketing goals.
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content strategies.
2. Video Editing & Production:
- Edit video content for a variety of formats including social media reels, product promos, testimonials, explainer videos, and campaign trailers.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and sound to enhance video content.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form, engaging pieces for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
3. Collaboration & Creative Input:
- Collaborate closely with content writers, digital marketers, and campaign managers to produce visuals that complement campaign objectives.
- Translate briefs into visual concepts and suggest improvements to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
4. Brand Consistency & Quality Control:
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on design and video trends, adapting new techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Proof and review all creative work to ensure accuracy and quality before publishing.
5. Project Management:
- Prioritise and manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.
- Provide timely updates on project statuses to team leads and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion design work.
- Understanding of digital platforms and how to create content optimized for each.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
Preferred:
- Experience in creating motion graphics and animated content.
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and what drives engagement visually.
- Basic knowledge of photography, video production, or camera operation is a plus.
