Growth Legends is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting design projects, shape our brand’s visual identity, and gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute creative, high-quality graphic design projects from concept to final delivery across digital and print platforms (web, social media, branding, packaging, advertising).
• Ensure design consistency across all media and maintain high design standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and clients to design, refine, and strengthen brand identities.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to the brand’s vision.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns.
• Offer constructive feedback to elevate team work and maintain a high level of design quality.
• Lead design reviews and contribute to the professional growth of team members.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure design work is on-brand and cohesive.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to meet design objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Capcut Pro, etc).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

• Amazon Design: 1 year (Preferred)
