We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual and branding initiatives across multiple eCommerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and social media.

Role Objective:
The Senior Graphic Designer will oversee design quality, mentor junior designers, and ensure visual consistency across product listings, social media, and branding materials. This role demands creativity, technical proficiency, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify listings, and social media content.
• Create engaging visuals for online branding, promotions, and campaigns.
• Lead and mentor junior graphic designers, providing regular feedback and guidance.
• Develop and maintain reusable design templates, automation workflows, and systems.
• Ensure visual and branding consistency across multiple platforms and marketing channels.
• Utilize Photoshop actions, batch processing, and other automations for handling high-volume design tasks.
• Coordinate directly with UK teams for approvals and creative direction.
• Organize and manage creative asset libraries, archives, and shared folders.

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of professional graphic design experience (preferably in eCommerce).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing designs for eCommerce platforms (Amazon A+ content, infographics, banners).
• Experience managing or mentoring junior design staff.
• Expert-level understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and design for digital platforms.
• Solid English communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with UK-based brands or marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, or eBay.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly).
• Proven experience with automation tools and workflows in Photoshop.
