About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in advertising agencies and luxury brand marketing to join our in-house marketing team. We're specifically looking for someone that is currently or has worked full-time at an advertising agency as an in-house graphic designer, not a free-lance designer that has done contract work for agencies.

This position would be ideal for an Assistant Creative Director who has hand's on experience with luxury brands that is ready to take the next step in their career.

This role focuses on creating high-end marketing materials for luxury custom homes, exclusive communities, and master-planned developments. The ideal candidate understands how strong visual design communicates the lifestyle and prestige associated with homes in the $1M–$4M range.

You will produce creative assets across multiple channels including digital advertising, email marketing, websites, and print marketing materials.

We are looking for a designer who takes pride in producing thoughtful, original creative work—not generic templates—and who understands how strong design elevates brand perception and marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for digital advertising, websites, email campaigns, and print signage
• Create visual assets that support marketing for luxury custom homes and residential communities
• Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign concepts and creative direction
• Produce high-quality design work with fast turnaround times
• Prepare files optimized for web, email, and print production
• Assist with HTML email design and formatting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience working at an advertising agency
• Experience designing for luxury brands, luxury residential real estate, or high-end developments
• Experience creating marketing assets for ads, websites, email campaigns, and signage
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and print design
• Direct creative responsibility for the work shown in your portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of HTML email design
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Portfolio Requirement

All applicants must submit multiple examples of their work.

• Digital advertising graphics
• Email marketing designs (HTML email examples preferred)
• Website graphics or layouts
• Print marketing materials or signage
• Any work related to luxury homes, residential communities, or real estate marketing

Applicants whose experience is primarily production work, template modification, or executing designs created by others will not be considered.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
