Masdar is the UAE's clean energy champion and one of the largest companies of its kind in the world, advancing the development and deployment of renewable energy and green hydrogen technologies to address global sustainability challenges. Established in 2006, Masdar is today active in over 40 countries, helping them to achieve their clean energy objectives and advance sustainable development.

Masdar is jointly owned by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Mubadala Investment Company, and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA). Under this ownership, the company targets a renewable energy portfolio capacity of at least 100 gigawatts by 2030 and an annual green hydrogen production capacity of up to 1 million tonnes by the same year.

We are seeking a talented and innovative senior graphic designer to join our Marketing & Events team in Abu Dhabi. This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning artwork for various mediums, managing design projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute compelling visual designs for print, digital, and outdoor media
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral
• Conceptualize and produce new logos, advertisements, and artworks for projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas and meet communication goals
• Manage design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure optimal production of design jobs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions
• Archive and organize all design assets, including photos, logos, and collateral materials
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and event concepts
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and events
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Adobe Flash
• Strong animation and motion graphics skills
• Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
• Excellent project management abilities, including time management and prioritization
• Proven experience in brand development and guideline implementation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-päced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience designing for various media, including print, digital, and outdoor advertising
• Knowledge of UAE culture and design preferences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design excellence
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Familiarity with current design trends and emerging technologies in the field
