We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Motion Designer to lead the development of visually compelling static and motion-based creatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, hands-on expertise in motion graphics, and the ability to translate brand and marketing goals into engaging visual content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of graphic and motion design projects
• Create high-quality static creatives for social media, ads, websites, presentations, and branding
• Design motion graphics, animations, reels, and short videos for digital campaigns
• Develop visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams for campaign execution
• Review and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ensure all creatives follow brand standards and visual consistency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in graphic design with strong motion design expertise
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong command of After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and animation principles
• Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute them independently
• Strong communication and time-management skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in digital marketing or creative agency environment
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Experience with 3D tools or advanced animation is a plus
• Understanding of social media trends and video formats
