Senior Graphic Designer (Packaging)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with deep expertise in the packaging industry to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience crafting visually compelling packaging designs and brand assets across multiple product categories. This role requires both creative excellence and strong technical understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of innovative packaging concepts for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Production teams to translate brand strategies into effective packaging solutions.
• Create high-quality mockups, dielines, and production-ready artwork.
• Ensure brand consistency across all packaging and visual assets.
• Oversee and provide guidance to junior designers when needed.
• Work closely with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure accurate production output.
• Stay updated with packaging trends, materials, sustainability standards, and technology advancements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on final designs for accuracy and brand alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in packaging design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of printing techniques, color theory, and packaging production processes.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
