Job Title: Graphic Designer - Packaging (FMCG)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Packaging Designer to lead the design and execution of packaging across PureBorn and a growing portfolio of new brands launching into international markets.
This role is for a true packaging specialist — someone who understands how to create packaging that is not only visually strong, but commercially effective, production-ready, and built to perform on shelf and online.
You will combine creativity with technical expertise, working closely with product, supply chain, and marketing to deliver packaging that stands out, scales globally, and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Design & Execution
- Lead the design of all primary and secondary packaging across multiple brands
- Create packaging that is visually impactful, brand-aligned, and commercially effective
- Ensure all designs are production-ready and optimized for manufacturing
FMCG Expertise
- Apply deep knowledge of FMCG packaging formats, materials, and print processes
- Design with full awareness of dielines, specifications, and production constraints
- Work closely with suppliers and printers to ensure quality and consistency
Brand & Shelf Impact
- Develop packaging that stands out in-store and performs across e-commerce platforms
- Translate brand identity into strong, cohesive packaging systems
- Balance creativity with clarity, functionality, and consumer usability
Data & Performance Driven
- Use sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to refine packaging
- Continuously test and optimize packaging for performance and conversion
- Understand what drives purchase decisions and design accordingly
Global & Regulatory Awareness
- Ensure packaging meets international market requirements and compliance standards
- Adapt designs for different regions while maintaining brand consistency
Speed & Efficiency
- Manage multiple projects across brands and timelines
- Deliver high-quality work quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Take ownership from concept through to final print and production
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in FMCG packaging design
- Proven experience designing packaging for high-volume, retail-ready products
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Packaging materials and formats
- Print processes and finishes
- Dielines and production specifications
- Experience working with manufacturers, printers, and suppliers
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, typography, and finish
- Commercially minded and data-driven in design decisions
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and manage multiple projects
