The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Senior Graphic Designer – Print Production Artist to join The Lifestyle Group. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader brand & design teams and colleagues in the NYC Creative Hub to lead a regional collection of hotels in The Lifestyle Group. The Role
Reporting to the Art Director, this role collaborates across departments to produce integrated marketing and brand assets, uphold visual identity standards, and support Lifestyle Group initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with technical expertise in both print and digital design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead print collateral projects from concept through production, ensuring on-brand design and functionality.
Manage print production: prepare technical files, liaise with vendors, approve proofs, and conduct quality checks.
Oversee digital and web design projects, including UX, visual design, and technical execution.
Ensure consistent application of visual identity guidelines across Lifestyle Group brands.
Collaborate with the Content Manager to manage image libraries and develop new workflows.
Support image selection, curation, and mapping across brand touchpoints.
Design and maintain core branding assets and systems across properties.
Create graphics and production files for hotels, F&B concepts, events, retail, and merchandise.
Design marketing assets for email, social media, and promotions.
Edit photos and videos for social media posts and reels.
Produce artwork across various media, balancing creativity with technical precision.
Maintain organized file systems and naming conventions.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee production quality.
Interpret briefs, develop concepts, and deliver creative solutions on time.
Contribute fresh ideas and stay current with design trends and tools.
Participate in department meetings and follow direction from the Art Director.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of graphic design experience, including 1+ year in digital design.
Strong leadership in design, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, agency, or retail.
Expertise in print production, pre-press workflows, color management, and paper finishes.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing (After Effects or Premiere).
Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Effective communicator across teams and with external partners.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Drawing and illustration skills a plus.
Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
Detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000.
This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate
