Senior Graphic Designer – Real Estate | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design execution of our marketing and branding materials. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, solid real estate or corporate branding experience, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines without constant supervision.

You will work closely with the marketing team to translate business objectives into clear, effective visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce real estate marketing materials including:
• Brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and advertisements
• Create engaging visual content for:
• Social media platforms
• Websites and digital campaigns
• Maintain and enforce brand identity and visual consistency
• Prepare artwork for print and digital production (files, specs, formats)
• Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and creative concepts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Review and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining quality
• Support junior designers (if required) through guidance, not micromanagement

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of full-time professional experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Proven experience producing marketing and branding materials
• Solid understanding of:
• Layout
• Typography
• Color theory
• Visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional portfolio is mandatory
