Senior Graphic Designer (Streetwear / Print Production Specialist)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in streetwear and apparel production. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on creating clean, high-quality, print-ready artwork across multiple printing methods.

You will be responsible for turning concepts, references, and client ideas into production-ready designs that can go straight to print without issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing artwork for t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel collections
• Turning rough ideas into professional, print-ready designs
• Working with:
• Complex image compositions
• Typography + photo combinations
• Distressed / grunge textures
• Creating and applying:
• Glow effects
• Gradients
• Halftones
• Upscaling low-quality artwork into high-resolution, usable files
• Rebuilding artwork where necessary (not just stretching images)
• Preparing artwork for:
• DTG (Direct to Garment)
• DTF (Direct to Film)
• Sublimation printing
• Cleaning and finalizing artwork to production standard:
• No halos or glow issues
• No transparency errors
• Sharp, solid edges
• Creating mockups for client approvals

What We’re Looking For

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of both raster and vector workflows
• Proven experience preparing files for DTG, DTF, and sublimation printing
• Ability to:
• Upscale artwork without quality loss
• Rebuild and refine designs professionally
• Clean edges and remove artifacts (no halo/glow issues)
• Deliver files that are ready to print first time
• Strong understanding of:
• Resolution (300 DPI+)
• Color handling and profiles
• Transparency and layering

Technical Skills Required

• Advanced image editing and compositing
• Vector tracing and artwork reconstruction
• Halftone creation and color separation
• Strong typography and layout skills (streetwear style)
• File preparation for different print methods and fabrics

Working Style (Very Important)

• Highly responsive and available during working hours
• Able to handle fast turnaround times
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Reliable and consistent under workload

Role Details

• Location: On-site
• Shift: 10-hour working day
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements

• Must have a reliable laptop/workstation capable of running design software smoothly
• All required software must be installed and ready for daily use

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
