Senior Graphic Designer – UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer – UX/UI Designer to join our E-Commerce team in İstanbul. This is a key role as the only design position in the team, requiring a multi-tasking mindset and strong collaboration with product, marketing, and technical teams. The main responsibility will be to lead and deliver web and app UX/UI design processes, while also supporting graphic design needs for digital campaigns and communication channels.

Job Description:

• Manage and design UX/UI journeys for web and mobile app, ensuring excellent user experience and usability;
• Collaborate closely with the Product Team, Frontend Developers, and Marketing Department to deliver tasks according to sprint planning in an Agile methodology;
• Support marketing activities by creating visuals for banners, email templates, campaign pages, and digital channels when needed;
• Coordinate with creative agencies to define visual requirements and ensure brand consistency;
• Conduct user-centered design processes, including wireframes, prototypes, and design systems;
• Research and apply latest design trends in UX/UI and digital design;
• If skilled, contribute to basic video editing and motion graphics as a plus;

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI and graphic design (senior level);
• Proven expertise in web and app UX/UI design, with strong graphic design background;
• Excellent command of Figma (must), and knowledge of Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, or similar collaboration tools is advantageous;
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects/Premiere is a plus).
• Understanding of Agile methodology, sprint planning, and task management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.);
• Ability to handle multiple design responsibilities in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail;
• A portfolio showcasing both UX/UI projects and creative design works;
• Preferably with experience producing work in the aviation industry
• Strong attention to detail with a pixel-perfect approach
• Actively involved in testing and quality assurance of designed projects
• Knowledge of video editing or motion design is an advantage;
• Based in Istanbul or willing to relocate.
