Job Title: Sr. Graphic Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and design of marketing materials including digital ads, social media creatives, brochures, presentations, packaging, and web assets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional design experience (preferably in a creative agency or corporate environment).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A portfolio that showcases a range of design styles, creativity, and execution quality.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high design standards.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with vendors, printers, and agencies for production and delivery of design assets.
• Contribute to brand strategy and campaign ideation by providing visual direction and creative insight.

Desired Profile:

· Proficiency in graphic design software like CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video Editing

· Knowledge of colour theory and typography.

· Time management and multitasking ability.

· A portfolio that demonstrates design ability.

· Good imaginary concept for best designs.

Education Qualification:

• Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience.
• Having skills of Corel draw, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Video editing: Required software : Filmora, Capcut, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effect, etc.
• Any Graduate OR Masters + Graphic designing course.
