Overview:

Mindwhiz is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 4–5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. We are seeking someone with a strong design sense, advanced video editing capabilities, and a modern creative mindset who can produce visually outstanding content across digital and social platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a highly professional portfolio, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead creative execution from concept to final delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Create premium-quality graphic designs and video content for social media campaigns, branding, advertisements, and marketing initiatives.
• Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for audience engagement and platform performance.
• Develop visually compelling creatives including social media posts, motion graphics, ad creatives, thumbnails, presentations, and promotional videos.
• Edit videos with advanced storytelling, transitions, sound design, animations, and retention-focused techniques.
• Collaborate closely with the creative lead and marketing team to execute campaign strategies and brand objectives.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow efficiency, content ideation, and production quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends, viral content formats, modern design aesthetics, and emerging AI technologies.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

o Adobe Photoshop

o Adobe Illustrator

o Adobe After Effects

o Adobe Premiere Pro

• Strong working knowledge of CapCut and Blender.
• Good understanding and practical use of AI tools in creative workflows.
• Exceptional sense of design, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced video editing skills with strong understanding of pacing, hooks, audience retention, and social media trends.
• Ability to think creatively and execute modern, high-performing visual concepts.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A highly professional portfolio showcasing premium-quality design and video work is mandatory.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with international brands or agencies.
• Expertise in motion graphics, 3D animation, or cinematic video editing styles.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and performance-driven content creation.
• Experience mentoring junior designers or editors.

Pay: Up to Rs180,000.00 per month
