Minimum Required Qualification (Non-Negotiable): Master in Graphics design

Preferred Qualification: Master in Graphics design

Essential Skills (Non-Negotiable): Experienced in both graphics & Printable design

Preferred/Additional Skills: Video editing

Minimum Work Experience Required: 5-8 years

Salary Range: 45000 - 55000 per month

-Note: Any Talent Assessment/ Machine Test: Yes, we will ask the candidate to perform certain tasks like: brochure design, Social media post design and motion graphics design. We will be evaluating the candidate based on their Creativity, speed and skill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, web, print, presentations, and internal branding by using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc..
• Create visual stories using tools like Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• Utilize AI-powered design tools to create and enhance visual content.
• Work closely with marketing and branding teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Adapt and localize content for various platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, templates, and best practices in AI-based creativity.

Skills & Requirements:

• Mastery of graphic tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW.
• Working knowledge of AI-enhanced creative tools (image generation, background removal, style transfer, etc.).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience across social media creatives, banners, brochures, pitch decks, and corporate designs.
• Sharp attention to detail, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple design requests with creativity and speed.
• The ideal candidates must have a keen eye for detail, a creative mindset, and the ability to deliver high-impact visuals in a fast-paced environment.
