We are looking for a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer to join the marketing department at tentwenty. This is a high-impact role requiring a candidate who is not only a creative powerhouse but also a technical expert in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. You will lead the creation of high-performing social media assets and SEM (Static + Video) ads for our Dubai-based clients.

The ideal candidate must be an early adopter of AI tools and possess a "systems-thinking" approach to design—using Figma to build scalable, high-quality creative libraries that drive results across Google and Social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Figma-First Workflow: Utilize the complete Figma suite (Auto-layouts, Components, Variants) to create organized, scalable design systems for social media campaigns and display ad sets.
• High-Conversion SEM Assets: Design and export high-impact static images, carousels, banners and video ads for Google & Meta using Figma for layout and Photoshop for high-end retouching.
• Social Media & Motion Graphics: Develop trend-setting static posts and motion-heavy video ads (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Pre-rolls) using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• AI Integration: Expertly leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or specialized Figma AI plugins) to generate assets, enhance imagery, and accelerate video production.
• Dubai Market Focus: Create sophisticated visuals tailored to the luxury and corporate aesthetic of the Dubai/UAE market. Experience with Arabic typography or RTL (Right-to-Left) layouts in Figma is a significant advantage.
• Collaborative Prototyping: Use Figma’s prototyping features to present motion concepts and ad flows to the marketing lead and stakeholders before final production.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Figma Mastery: Expert-level skills in Figma. You should be comfortable building complex components and using Figma for more than just UI (e.g., social media kits, mood boards, and ad layouts).
• Candidate having must experience with gulf clients.
• Adobe Expert: Deep proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years in a digital agency or performance marketing environment, specifically handling high-volume ad creative.
• AI-Driven: Proven experience using AI to optimize the creative workflow (e.g., prompt engineering for images or AI-assisted video editing).
• Portfolio: A top-tier portfolio showcasing a mix of Figma-designed social kits, high-end Motion Graphics, and successful SEM campaigns.
• Communication: Fluent English is required. (Arabic language skills or Arabic design experience is a major plus).
