Senior Graphics Designer

• Should possess the ability to create fresh ideas that will appeal to an international audience.
• Scope, plan & manage the creative process on projects. Consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
• Confer with the managers to discuss and determine layout design.
• Work with other disciplines (Strategists, Developers, Media, Accounts, etc) to ensure cohesive team integration, and alignment with broader business objectives
• Should have strong Project and Team management skills. Handle and manage the junior team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Generate ideas and sell them to clients and other team members.
• Lead brainstorms & conceptualisation. Lead the craft & design of an idea
• Work closely with the clients. Participate in pitches for new business. Compile presentations for clients. Attend client briefings & present to clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
