Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Define and drive the creative vision for all client campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions for branding, ads, and social campaigns.
  • Review and approve designs from junior designers.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, design language, and visual hierarchy.
  • Maintain international design standards across projects.

Campaign Conceptualization

  • Create strong campaign ideas for:
  • Social Media Ads
  • Performance Marketing Campaigns
  • Branding & Rebranding Projects
  • Website UI Concepts
  • Product Launches
  • Develop visual storytelling strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with copywriters and strategists to craft impactful campaigns.

Advanced Design Execution

  • Design high-end creatives for:
  • Social Media (All Platforms)
  • Ad Creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Website banners & landing pages
  • Corporate Identity & Branding
  • Print materials (brochures, flyers, packaging)
  • Oversee motion graphics and AI-driven creatives.
  • Ensure pixel-perfect typography, layout, and color harmony.

Motion Graphics & Video Direction

  • Conceptualize and supervise:
  • Explainer Videos
  • Ad Videos
  • Reels & Short-form Content
  • Guide video editors on motion language, color grading, and transitions.
  • Understand AI-powered video workflows and enhance output.

Branding & Visual Strategy

  • Create or refine brand guidelines.
  • Develop logo systems, typography systems, and visual identities.
  • Maintain a brand asset library and creative templates.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor junior designers.
  • Conduct internal creative reviews.
  • Build SOPs for creative workflows.
  • Set design quality benchmarks.

AI & Innovation

  • Integrate AI tools into creative workflow.
  • Stay updated with design trends and digital aesthetics.
  • Propose innovative, creative formats for campaigns.

Required Skills

  • 5 to 8 years in an Advertising / Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing:
  • Campaign concepts
  • Branding projects
  • Ad creatives
  • Motion graphics
  • Expert in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • After Effects
  • Premiere Pro
  • Figma
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Typography
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Layout principles
  • Color psychology
  • Experience leading creative teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
