About The TeamAs the Senior Strategic Growth Manager, you will be the chief architect of our global VIP coverage strategy. You will be responsible for defining the go-to-market model, product strategy, and commercial initiatives to build our elite client service from the ground up. This is a high-impact role that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, deep financial product knowledge, and a data-driven mindset to design and launch programs that will provide great service to our valuable clients and overall business.
What You'll Be DoingStrategy Formulation: Develop the end-to-end strategic blueprint for the global VIP, including tiering, value proposition and coverage model.
Product & Program Leadership: Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Design teams to conceptualize, prioritize, and launch private wealth management products and VIP benefits. You will own the business case and commercial success of these initiatives.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze client trading data, investor behavior, and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for revenue growth, product improvement, and client retention. Lead initiatives like fee reforms based on this analysis.
Competitive Intelligence: Serve as the internal expert on competitor movements. Conduct deep-dive analysis to inform our strategic positioning and ensure our offering is best-in-class.
Commercial Execution: Define the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the VIP segment and be accountable for driving key metrics such as Assets Under Management (AUM), VIP user growth, and revenue uplift.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
Drive cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value and experience. Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance and other related business areas.
What We Look For In YouExperience: 7+ years in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, private wealth management, or a leading fintech/crypto exchange in a strategy, product strategy, or business development role.
Sector Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial products and the operational needs of investors and high-net-worth individuals. Crypto experience is a significant plus.
Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to develop a strategy from a blank sheet of paper and translate it into a concrete, executable project plan with clear milestones.
Analytical Prowess: Expert-level proficiency in data analysis to drive decision-making. Experience with SQL, Python, or advanced Excel modeling is highly desirable.
