Senior Guest Relation Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Guest Experience & Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end guest journeys across our luxury holiday homes. This role is for someone with a strong hospitality background (hotel, serviced apartments, or premium short-term rentals) who understands that exceptional service does not end at 5 PM.

You will be the key point of contact for guests, ensuring seamless check-ins, flawless property readiness, and a consistently high standard of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all guest communication before, during, and after stays (WhatsApp, Airbnb, direct bookings)
• Coordinate and oversee check-in & check-out processes
• Ensure properties are fully prepared for arrivals (cleanliness, amenities, staging)
• Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays
• Manage and coordinate cleaning teams and maintenance tasks
• Oversee amenities, restocking, and inventory control
• Handle guest requests, issues, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain luxury hospitality standards across all properties
• Act fast and independently to resolve operational issues
• Upsell services and contribute to guest satisfaction and repeat bookings

Requirements

• Female candidate (required)
• Proven experience in hospitality, hotels, or holiday homes
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent guest communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and sense of luxury presentation
• Flexible mindset – no 9-to-5 mentality
• Able to work independently and take full ownership
• Preferably living in or near Dubai Hills
• Professional, calm, and service-oriented under pressure
