Senior Hairdresser

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hairdresser to join our luxury salon brand in abu dhabi . The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a passion for hair care, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. As part of a dynamic team, you will help clients achieve their desired look while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Hair Services:

• Perform various hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, blow-drying, and treatments.
• Offer specialized techniques, including highlighting, balayage, creative toning, keratin treatments, and other trending styles.
• Provide consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services and products.

Customer Experience:

• Ensure clients are comfortable and well-informed throughout their salon visit.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and courteously.

Salon Operations:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools.
• Adhere to salon health and safety protocols in accordance with abu dhabi Municipality Standards.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of professional hairdressing experience in a reputable salon.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniques. Knowledge of advanced styling tools and products.
• Education: Certification or diploma in Hairdressing
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a multicultural environment. Positive attitude and dedication to professional and personal growth. .
