Senior Hairstylist

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Hairstylist & Creative Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in advanced hairstyling, leads with creativity, and represents the brand with confidence both in-salon and on camera.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking someone who embodies professionalism, creativity, and leadership. The ideal candidate must:

• 28–35 years old, offering a balance of trend awareness, industry maturity, and brand presence.
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience as a professional hairstylist.
• Bring at least 2 years of experience in a senior role.
• Well-versed in modern hair trends, techniques, and innovative styling.
• Demonstrate exceptional creative and technical talent across cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Confident and comfortable creating tutorials, and representing the brand in promotional content.
• Show strong potential to conduct internal training, mentor junior staff, and contribute to new service development.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver high-quality hairstyling services, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Lead creative direction for styling, techniques, and visual concepts.
• Conduct structured training sessions for junior stylists and beauticians.
• Participate actively in content creation, including tutorials, social media features, and brand campaigns.
• Support the development of new services and elevate the salon’s creative standards.
• Maintain outstanding professionalism, hygiene, and client care at all times.
