About the Role

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Engineer to lead the development of advanced, multilayer PCB designs for embedded systems and industrial-grade hardware solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in PCB design, system-level integration, and design optimization, with in-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-speed, multilayer PCB layouts for embedded, analog, and digital systems
• Oversee schematic creation, layout reviews, and BOM generation using tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, testing) on system-level hardware architecture
• Perform advanced signal integrity, thermal, and power integrity analysis
• Lead hardware prototyping, bring-up, and debugging in lab environments
• Coordinate with PCB fabricators and assembly vendors to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Testing) compliance
• Maintain hardware documentation, version control, and project timelines
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvement

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.)
• Extensive experience in multilayer board design, including impedance control and high-speed routing
• Strong foundation in analog/digital circuit design, power electronics, and signal processing
• Solid understanding of EMI/EMC standards and mitigation techniques
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and SoCs
• Experience with communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, Ethernet)
• Skilled in using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, etc.)
• Strong project management, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, industrial automation, or IoT hardware development
• Background in firmware/hardware co-design and system-level debugging
• Knowledge of international product certification processes (CE, FCC, ISO)
